Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 13, 2026
RoyalSoft Consulting is a service brand of ROYALSOFT LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with privacy requests.
1. What data we collect
- Website-level data: basic analytics, server logs, and contact-form submissions (name, email, company if provided, and message).
- Client-level data: project information, files, and communications shared with us during consulting engagements.
- Operational data needed to run services securely (for example, account access logs and billing records for business operations).
We do not run consumer profiling or behavioral advertising programs beyond minimal analytics used to understand site performance.
2. How we use data
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate project fit.
- Provide consulting services and maintain client systems.
- Send essential service communications such as project updates and invoices.
- Maintain security, reliability, and quality of our website and operations.
- Meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
We do not sell personal data or participate in data brokerage.
3. Public web-data and proxies
For some services, such as SEO monitoring, uptime checks, landing-page QA, and public pricing or market research, we may collect publicly available information from third-party websites.
This work is performed for B2B clients under contract. We may use infrastructure providers such as Bright Data to route requests. We do not resell proxy access and do not share individual user identity information with providers beyond what is technically necessary to operate requests.
Our policy is to respect robots.txt guidance, site terms, and reasonable rate limits, and not to bypass logins, paywalls, or technical protections. We avoid sensitive personal data and restricted verticals.
4. Data sharing
We share data only where needed to operate services, with categories of providers such as hosting, logging and monitoring, email delivery, payment processing, and proxy/web-data infrastructure.
We use Intercom to power our live chat and support messenger. When you interact with the chat widget, Intercom may collect your name, email address, and conversation content to help us respond to your enquiry. Intercom complies with GDPR and acts as a data processor under our instructions. For more information, visit https://www.intercom.com/legal/privacy.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Data retention and security
We retain contact and project information only as long as needed for engagements, accounting records, and legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect data. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6. Rights and contact
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable law provides those rights.
For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@royalsoft.tech.
This policy is a practical baseline for a small B2B consulting firm and is not legal advice.
