Terms of Service
Effective date: April 13, 2026
1. Who we are and scope
RoyalSoft Consulting operates under ROYALSOFT LLC, a US limited liability company (New Mexico). We provide software engineering, data and automation systems, and public web-data and SEO monitoring services for B2B clients.
These Terms apply to your use of this website and our consulting services unless a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or similar written contract states otherwise.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law, third-party terms, and contract obligations.
You must not use our services to:
- violate site terms, robots.txt guidance, or technical access controls;
- target streaming or gaming platforms, or ticketing or trading systems;
- collect sensitive personal data (including financial, health, or children's data);
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
3. Public web-data and proxy infrastructure
Some SEO monitoring, diagnostics, and public web-data workflows rely on third-party infrastructure providers, including residential or datacenter proxy networks.
We only access publicly available pages, operate within provider terms, and use this infrastructure solely to deliver our consulting services. We do not resell proxy access.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their requested use cases, instructions, and downstream usage are lawful and permitted.
4. Engagement terms (high level)
Most projects are governed by a signed proposal, SOW, or MSA that defines deliverables, scope, timelines, payment terms, and acceptance.
We provide professional services on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue gains, rankings, or similar results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROYALSOFT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the affected services in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Website content is for general information only and is not legal, financial, or tax advice.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data, trademarks, and pre-existing intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own custom deliverables we build specifically for your project after full payment.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, generic know-how, and non-client-specific components used to deliver services.
6. Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@royalsoft.tech.
These terms are practical defaults for a small B2B consulting firm and are not a substitute for legal counsel.
Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is handled.
